Hedge cutter - hydraulic pressure test

Our engineer was called to site to check the hydraulic pressure from the tractor to the hedge cutter.  The pressures from the tractor spool valve and from the valve port to swing over cylinder were checked when the hydraulic oil was cold.  The same hydraulic pressure test was performed twice when the hedge cutter had been working.  No faults were found.

P&R Hydraulics offers an on-site service for customers based in East Anglia because we understand the need to reduce machinery downtime and keep costs to a minimum.  Our hydraulic engineer will travel to your site and diagnose the problem, where he will continually communicate with you regarding any necessary action.  Where possible a repair will be performed on-site.  However, at times it is necessary for a hydraulic unit to be brought back to our workshop for repair and test.
