CAT Wheeled Loader (Model No IT12F) - hydraulic repair
Our engineer was called to site to inspect the hydraulics on a CAT wheeled loader (model No IT12F). Upon inspection he found the spool valve to be faulty. He was unable to repair the spool valve on site, so he returned with it to our in-house workshop.
A further site visit was needed to re-install the repaired spool valve to the machine. Our engineer checked the pump flow and valve maximum pressures. The machine operation was checked and once satisfied that everything was working as required, our engineer left the site.
