Hydraulic Power Pack |
Our engineer was called out to site to inspect a faulty hydraulic power pack. He completely stripped the power pack and all the parts were cleaned and inspected. The hydraulic tank was drained of oil and cleaned.
The inspection found the hydraulic pump to be badly worn and the filters were blocked. A new pump and filters were fitted. The hydraulic power pack was reassembled and the tank refilled with oil.
Before leaving the site our engineer checked the hydraulic power pack for operation and leaks.
P&R Hydraulics offers an on-site service for customers based in East Anglia because we understand the need to reduce machinery downtime and keep costs to a minimum. Our hydraulic engineer will travel to your site and diagnose the problem. Where possible a repair will be performed on-site. However, at times it is necessary for a hydraulic unit to be brought back to our workshop for repair and test.
We will consider site visits further afield - please contact our Service Department for more information - tel: 01603 424880
